Banksy is one of my favorite living artists (and I am certainly not alone in that). He is most well known for his political graffiti art, as well as sneaking into museums and installing his own art.
He recently did a "pop-up" art installation. The concept of "pop-up" is something that has been really popular in recent years, with retailers, marketers, and artists. I really like the concept, as I feel it places things in a certain time and place, and plans to end even before it begins. I get off on that.
Banksy's pop-up was called the "Village PetStore & Charcoal Grill in NY", and it is just insane. You've got to watch the video to believe it. (via JP + NOTCOT.)
