i'm so excited and blown away by this. in 10 (or hopefully less) years when the rest of the country has finally realized that this is a civil rights issue (not religious or moral) iowa will be seen as a great example of tolerance. i'm so proud to be from iowa!

I'm not gay or anything, but this is still pretty awesome news for any freedom-lover out there, the way I see it, banning gay marriages by law is a straight violation of the separation of church and state, freedom of religion and whatnot. go Iowa, be the example u can be! btw, this thing doesn't seem to be breaking lines automatically :(
