On my own journey towards well-being, I've learned some super helpful tricks to help myself when I'm feeling completely effing over it. They can take as little as one minute. (!)
With my only daughter about to head off to college (😭) I realized that I haven't done a very good job of passing these tricks onto her. So, I decided to codify this knowledge to better pass it on to her. But then I realized how many other people I want to share these tricks with–and so I am putting it all into a book, which will be ready by the time she graduates high school in June of 2018. 🙌
