event: Sustenance Sundays in NYC ✨
As you know, I love the internet, but real life is better. :)
To that end, I'm super delighted to be partnering with some awesome women on a truly special event: Sustenance Sundays.
The first iteration will be held this Sunday, April 15th, and will feature:
- a delicious Springtime brunch + adult bevs 🥂
- a #mindfultech exercise led by me! (on behalf of Mindful Technology)
- an authentic communication exercise led by Ashley Dinges, Director of Marketing for Kalapa Media
- an awakened social posting exercise led by Georgia Pettit and Anna Neidermeyer from The Luminary Agency
- a guided meditation by EFF This! Meditation
Much more intimate than my typical events, this brunch will be held at a private home in NYC and attendance is very limited –– but there's still a few tickets left. I'd love to see you there!
