Sacred Space Sessions are how I work privately with clients: bespoke, intentional, and deeply restorative experiences for those longing for steadiness, clarity, and connection in a time of change. These online sessions invite you to engage with your inner world in an elevated, embodied way.
Each session is a supportive sanctuary where energy work, sound, and guided reflection come together to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you with your authentic self.
Through an intentional blend of Reiki, ritual, and somatic-informed practice, we cultivate clarity, calm, and resilience—offering both immediate relief and lasting tools you can carry into daily life.

Every session is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you come seeking grounding, clarity, or transformation, Sacred Space offers a steady rhythm of care that begins the moment you say yes.

Sacred Space Session Details
Each Sacred Space Session takes place online, so you can receive deep, focused support from wherever you might be. You’ll want a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted—phones silenced, notifications off, doors closed if possible. This is part of how we co-create the container for the work. (And if life happens—a delivery, a dog bark, a child’s needs—that’s okay too. The work can hold it.)
Sessions are 90 minutes long, held online via Zoom. Your camera will be on while we talk at the beginning and end of the session, and most people turn their camera off during the deep energy work mid-session. (My camera stays on the whole time so you can always see what I am doing.) Headphones are highly recommended.
You might want to light a candle before our session begins, and blow it out when our work concludes. It’s also a good idea to have a journal or some paper nearby. Many people also like having an eye mask to wear during energy work, and essential oils to ground themselves into the process.
Plan to make yourself as comfortable (and uninterrupted) as realistically possible. Creating this atmosphere is part of how we begin to signal to the body that it’s safe to soften and receive.
How a Sacred Space Session Flows
Every session is unique. Here’s a general outline to give you a sense of how our time together might unfold:

We begin with cameras on, grounding together and setting a clear intention for what feels most alive or tender for you that day. (If you’re not ready for self-reflection yet, no problem. Sometimes easing in is the way to go.)
〰️ Attunement & Awareness 〰️
Gentle breath and body-based focucing help us attune to where steadiness, release, or support is needed.
〰️ Somatic Practice 〰️
We stay in conversation with the body—through breath, subtle movement, and mindful presence. You might notice your shoulders soften, your jaw unclench, your breath deepen. These somatic cues help signal to your system that it’s safe to release and receive. In this way, the body becomes both a witness to and participant in the transformation that follows.
〰️ Energetic Practice 〰️
You’ll turn your camera off, lie down, and receive. With headphones on, you’ll be immersed in sound and silence as I work with distance Reiki, guided visualization, and mindfulness to invite regulation, release, and renewal.
〰️ Reflection & Integration 〰️
We turn cameras back on, to process what you felt or noticed, and shape one or two simple practices—breathwork, ritual, or mindful cues—to help the shift anchor in daily life.
〰️ Closing & Grounding 〰️
A short closing ritual seals and stabilizes the energy so you leave clear, calm, and resourced.
Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, steadier, and more themselves—able to return to that calm on their own.

FAQs
What might I feel during or after a session?
Some people experience warmth or tingling during the energy work; strong emotions or a physical release during somatic work; others feel hesitation or peaceful stillness. Oftentimes, your experience will shift like the weather, and we welcome it all. There’s no wrong way to experience this work, and I will make sure we have time to ground at the end of our sessions, so that you feel confident and protected going back into the world.
You might notice gentle shifts for a few days afterward—more clarity, better sleep, or a release of tension. You might notice that small things start bothering you more. It’s all good information. Everything that arises is part of your system rebalancing. We can work with every piece of your experience.
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
You don’t need any experience with this type of work; I’ll guide you through each step. You simply show up, get comfortable, and let yourself receive. I will meet you exactly where you are. The more open you are, the more you will feel it working. But your skepticism is welcome, too! I welcome all parts of you.
And, you are in charge of the experience. We can stop what we’re doing and shift tactics at any time.
How often should I schedule sessions?
A single session can offer a profound reset. The six-session arc allows the work to build and deepen over time, creating lasting nervous-system and energetic change. For this, I recommend schedule one session per week for six weeks, but of course life sometimes gets in the way. That’s okay, too.
After the six-session arc, clients often schedule single sessions once a month. Trusting a cadence that feels right to you is part of honoring your own needs, so go with your gut about what you want to do together.
